    Tyler Lozano is a former professional baseball player turned operator and entrepreneur, leading Road Runners U with an ownership-first mindset shaped by elite competition and long-term vision. He operates across brand development, live experiences, and real estate investment—bringing structure, strategy, and execution to every initiative.

    As Founder, Tyler oversees vision, partnerships, and capital alignment, ensuring Road Runners U functions as a scalable platform, not a personality-driven brand. He also manages a real estate portfolio of with $6.875M acquired and $14.821M in current value, creating $7.946M in value alongside accredited investors and strategic partners.

    Head of Partnerships & Talent Relations | Videographer & Creative Strategist

    Caeden Harris is a former professional baseball player turned elite visual storyteller working at the intersection of sports, culture, and brand narrative. In his first year behind the camera, he has executed content at the highest levels of sports and entertainment—including the Super Bowl, NFLPA, MLB Spring Training, Fanatics Fest, and private projects with NFL, NBA, and MLB athletes. What separates Caeden is his ability to work with talent—not just film them—understanding pressure, personality, and presence to ensure every story feels protected, elevated, and authentic.

    Nick Adgar is a former professional baseball athlete and creative producer operating at the intersection of sports, media, and technology. He holds a Master’s in Digital Media from the University of Southern California, specializing in visual storytelling, multimedia production, analytics, and modern sports advertising, alongside a Bachelor’s in Business Management. Nick leads the media and branding infrastructure of Road Runners U—overseeing creative direction, content systems, and brand consistency across platforms, events, and partnerships.

    Partnerships, PR & Communications Strategist

    Kirbi Campbell is a partnerships, public relations, and communications strategist with experience across professional sports, live entertainment, and business education. She currently serves as Head of Partnerships, PR & Sponsorships for Mark J. Kohler, overseeing brand strategy, media presence, sponsorship development, and executive-level partnerships. With a background that includes the NFL, Academy of Country Music, Country Music Association, Manning Passing Academy, and Division I athletics, Kirbi brings structure, credibility, and long-term alignment to every collaboration.
